NC Aquatic Swim Club

NC Aquatic Swim Club original beginnings stretch back as far as 1995 to South Cronulla Penguins Swim Club.

In 2008 an opportunity presented itself and a small group of enthusiastic parents, swimmers and coaches relocated from South Cronulla Pavilion to the 25m Outdoor James Peryman Memorial Pool at the rear of the North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club.

The Club was originally formed not only as a platform for kids to train but also as a venue for kids to grow socially, providing a sense of belonging in a team, almost a family network. The cultural philosophy of the Club has led to successes in the Pool far exceeding expectations. Today the Club boats well over 150 registered members, competing at all levels from our Friday Swim Club Night, through to swimmers competing and medalling at National Championship level.

Members of the Club still include family members from the those original band of enthusiastic families that effectively founded the` NC ` Brand.

The Swim Club works closely with NC Swim, a swim squad business operated by well known and respected coaches Jenni and Terry Noel. The Club relies on sourcing Swim Club members from word of mouth, recommendation, organic growth from NC Swim and its ties to North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club.
