NORTH CRONULLA SURF LIFE SAVING CLUB INC.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FROM DEVELOPERS, BUILDERS AND COMMERCIAL OPERATORS

ONCE IN A LIFETIME GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY  

North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club Inc has successfully lodged a new Development Application with Sutherland Shire Council as per DA17/1001 and MA20/0326 for partial demolition of existing surf club and alterations and additions to North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club.

We are now in a position to seek Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested parties for the next stage of this very exciting project located at North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club building complex.

The opportunity exists for commercial operators to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the opportunity to lease the Kiosk area located on ground floor of the new building complex.

Expression of Interest Options: 

Option 1 Kiosk/Cafe : To design internal areas, supply all equipment and FF&E, full fit-out and manage a commercial operation located on ground floor southern end of the new building complex of North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club. This option would involve successful party to provide upfront payment to NCSLSC to help fund the new building construction for this area. In return, successful tenant would secure a long-term operating lease, reduced monthly rental payments with all outgoings covered by tenant. Use and operations of the areas will be as per permitted use under SSLEP 2015, RE1 Zoning and approved DA17/1001 Consent Conditions.

Option 2 Kiosk Cafe – To manage commercial operation located on the ground floor southern end of new building complex of North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club. The building layout and structure is as per DA17/1001 and MA20/0326 approved plans and successful party would be responsible for the full fit out and operation of the space and in return would secure long term operating lease with market based monthly rental payments as per permitted use under SSLEP 2015, RE1 Zoning and approved DA17/1001 Consent Conditions.

Ground Floor - Kiosk opportunity available of approximately 76 square meters and access to shared commercial garbage room of 30 square meters plus access to space allocated for a to be constructed small cool room and freezer installed at tenant expense if required.

Long term lease available – Term and conditions to be discussed.
