EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FROM DEVELOPERS, BUILDERS AND COMMERCIAL OPERATORS

ONCE IN A LIFETIME GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY  

North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club Inc has successfully lodged a new Development Application with Sutherland Shire Council as per DA17/1001 and MA20/0326 for partial demolition of existing surf club and alterations and additions to North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club.

We are now in a position to seek Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested parties for the next stage of this very exciting project located at North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club building complex.

The opportunity exists for commercial operators to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the opportunity to lease the Kiosk area located on ground floor and commercial space on level 1 the of the new building complex.
