• This year there are no nominations for Life Members.

Please click on link to be purchase FREE tickets to attend from Eventbrite. We encourage all voting members to hold 2023/2024 membership. Please note renewals for Associate, General and Nipper membership for 2023/2024 will be sent out at a later date.

To be eligible to vote and be nominated for an Office Bearers position you must be a current 2023/2024 financial member (membership renewed online and payment made by Tuesday 22 August 2023)) and have membership in one of the following categories.

The club constitution sets out which Members have the right to vote:  

9.9.2 The following Members only shall be entitled to vote at General Meeting of the Club: Senior Members; Youth Members holding a Bronze Medallion Award; Life Members; and Associates holding office as prescribed by the Regulations.  

Senior Members comprise:

• Life Members
• Senior Members which comprise of: Long Service Members; Reserve Active Members and Senior Active Member; Country, Defence Service; Under 17; Under 19; Under 15 (holding a Bronze Medallion Award)
• Associates Holding Office 

If you are NOT eligible to vote you can still attend the AGM. Every member is welcome to attend NCSLSC’s 98^th AGM meeting and view proceedings.  You must have registered to attend.  During the voting process you will be unable to participate.
