New Club Constitution

At our 15th March 2016 Board of Directors (BOD) meeting, the BOD endorsed version 8 now called North Cronulla SLSC_Draft Constitution for Special General Meeting_29 May 2016 to become the new Club Constitution and this will be forwarded to members as part of notice for a Special General Meeting to be held for the members to consider and adopt the new Club Constitution.

The Constitution Committee has been working on this document for two seasons and now is in a format ready for review and adoption by the members.

The timetable is as follows:

The date for the Special General Meeting (SGM) is Sunday 29th May 2016 at 10:00am in Harry Brown Room

Prior to the SGM, an Information Session will be held by the Constitution Committee to allow members to discuss and review the document with the members who worked on the document, This is planned to be held around two weeks before the SGM at date and time to be confirmed.

This is a very important meeting and the new Club Constitution that will provide the framework for the successful operations of the club, provide improved goverance and management of the club for the members and the BOD and provide our members with a blueprint for the next generation of club members.
