Membership

We are now accepting Membership applications and renewals for the 2019/2020 season.

Renewal Membeships

Fees for renewing members are due by 30 June 2019.

2019 Step by Step Instructions on how to renew Membership Fees

Members are asked to renew their membership using the SLSA portal  and pay all their fees online as directed when renewing membership via the Payment Gateway.

We encourage all members to open an account on Lifesaving Online. This is a self service membership portal for members of Clubs and support organisations in Surf Life Saving.  You can check and update your contact details, awards and patrol hours from the site.  Instructions for setting up your Lifesaving Online account can be found below.

Fitness Centre (Gym Equipment Room) Members

Fitness centre membership is also due for renewal and can be paid at the same time as membership fees.  Please note that all Fitness Centre members MUST abide by the North Cronulla SLS Fitness Centre Rules.

New Memberships

Our Club welcomes new members.

If you wish to join North Cronulla Surf Club you can download and complete a copy of our new membership form and email to admin@northcronullasurfclub.com. Alternatively you can create an account in Lifesaving Online and complete the “Join” section.   Either way you will need to discuss your application with our Administration staff and supply proof of your identification in person to our office at North Cronulla Clubhouse on Wed 10am-5pm, Thu 10am-2pm, Fri 10am-2pm and Sat 9am-11am or call 9523 5846.

Club Code of Conduct

All members over the age of 14 will be required to complete the North Cronulla Club Code of Conduct each year.

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

This is a new requirement applicable to those members who will have roles within North Cronulla SLSC that constitute child-related work. These members will need to complete as part of this seasons membership renewal process a Working with Children Check. Please note these applications could take up to four weeks to be completed.

What roles within Surf Life Saving constitute child-related work?

Some of the roles within SLS that require a WWCC include:

·        Member Protection and Information Officers / Grievance Officers

·        Junior Activity Chairperson

·        Age Manager / Age Manager Assistant

·        Water Safety personnel for Nippers / Surf Education programs

·        Youth / Rookie / YEP Coordinator /Assistant

·        Sport Coaches

·        TAFS / Program Assistants for under 18 only groups
