 To be eligible to vote and be nominated for an Office Bearers position you must be a current 2024/2025 financial member (membership renewed online and payment made by Tuesday 9 July 2024)) and have membership in one of the following categories.

 The club constitution sets out which Members have the right to vote:  

9.9.2 The following Members only shall be entitled to vote at General Meeting of the Club: Senior Members; Youth Members holding a Bronze Medallion Award; Life Members; and Associates holding office as prescribed by the Regulations.  

Senior Members comprise:

• Life Members

• Senior Members which comprise of: Long Service Members; Reserve Active Members and Senior Active Member; Country, Defence Service; Under 17; Under 19; Under 15 (holding a Bronze Medallion Award)

• Associates Holding Office

If you are NOT eligible to vote you can still attend the AGM. Every member is welcome to attend NCSLSC’s 99^th AGM meeting and view proceedings.  You must have registered to attend.  During the voting process you will be unable to participate.
