Red & Yellow flags down for 2024 - 2025 season!
Flags Down - 24/25 Lifesaving Season
Today marks the final day of the 2024/2025 lifesaving season. It’s been a long summer, with countless rescues, preventative actions and thousands of hours of vigilance and service from our volunteers. Finishing strong for the season was Patrol 2 in the AM followed by Patrol 3 conducting the final sign off this afternoon.
As we move into the ‘off-season’ there is no better time to offer our sincere thanks to all that have patrolled North Cronulla this year!
Whether you joined us for just a moment, or were part of the furniture racking up 100+ volunteer hours, we thank you! We are so proud to share that we have completed our surf season with NO LIVES LOST on our stretch of sand!
Our volunteers who proudly wear the Red and Yellow are an integral part of keeping our wonderful community safe! So thank you, to our Patrol Captains, Patrol Vice Captains, IRB Teams, ART Holders, First Aiders, Bronze Members and SRC’s - your support and dedication is the reason that every person who visited our beach this summer went home to their family!
Lifesaving is the core business of North Cronulla and we are so proud to have such wonderful lifesavers at our club! We can’t wait to see you for our 100th lifesaving season later this year.
Thank You
North Cronulla SLSC Board of Directors.
